(Kingston, NY) Ulster Savings Bank recently announced the promotion of Kristen Cronin to First Vice President and Controller at the bank’s Kingston headquarters.
Ms. Cronin will oversee the bank’s daily accounting operations, maintain the integrity of the balance sheet and income statement, provide asset/liability and liquidity management, take care of budgeting and financial statement preparation, and act as the primary liaison with external and internal audit firms for financial matters.
A Troy resident, Ms. Cronin holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a BS Degree in Accounting from Boston College. She is also a Certified Public Account (CPA) and a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking, a preeminent executive management school for the financial services industry.
She joined Ulster Savings Bank in 2003.
