I have been assisting individuals to buy their primary residences, second homes, and investment properties for over 40 years. I have extensive knowledge in all types of mortgage financing including conventional loans, new construction loans, second home buyer loans, and government loans including VA loans, FHA financing, SONYMA loans for first-time homebuyers, and USDA loans. I also have specialized in assisting home buyers in need of a renovation loan to purchase and improve a home in a single loan or to assist homeowners to refinance and improve a home they currently own where there might be insufficient current equity. For first time homebuyers, I have served on the board of a local, not for profit housing agency and I’m familiar with grant programs that can assist homebuyers with closing costs, down payments, and monies to repair a home being purchased.
