Kelly is a Payroll and Insurance Sales Executive at Ulster Savings Bank. She has been with the bank since 2003. Kelly’s key job responsibilities include payroll services sales and insurance sales. Kelly is known for going above and beyond as a liaison between the bank, her customers and her community. Building relationships is a crucial component of her job.
